As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business in the enterprise segment through prospecting, deal & pipeline management, and closing. You will be part of an elite, professional, and rapidly growing team that succeeds through collaboration, tenacity, and constant improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects at a senior executive level to pursue and close new lighthouse customers within Fortune 1000 and national brand accounts (Chipotle, Bank of America, Home Depot, etc.) across a wide variety of vertical markets.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to fill your pipeline with qualified sales opportunities as well as handling inbound opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets by applying modern sales techniques and processes to efficiently manage sales opportunities through your funnel to a successful close.
  • Use your creativity and tenacity to develop and improve how we target and penetrate new market segments.
  • Contribute directly to the success and growth of the company.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of B2B software sales experience in a hunting role
  • 2+ years of experience selling at an executive level to the Fortune 1000 and national brand accounts
  • Demonstrable track record of above target performance in a complex solution sale (six- and seven-figure deals), especially in a startup environment
  • You learn quickly and are excited to take on challenging new projects
  • You are sharp, self-motivated, organized, detail and process oriented
  • As a true colleague you enjoy planning, executing, winning, and celebrating as a team
  • You are a clear and direct communicator
  • You exceed expectations and hold yourself accountable to a higher standard of excellence

As our first full-time recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping and growing our organization by identifying and attracting brilliant people to our team. You will be tasked with leading the development, implementation and execution of a comprehensive recruiting strategy that is key to Compology beating its goals. Expect to be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to position our Company, where to find the best people and drive hiring results.

Responsibilities & Key Role Objectives

  • Be responsible for full-cycle recruiting – develop job reqs, source candidates, pre-screen resumes, qualify candidates and move candidates through a well-defined interview process to close
  • Collaborate with company leadership to develop recruiting strategies for current and future needs across all business functions (sales, engineering, operations, etc.)
  • Use creative approaches to find, engage and recruit amazing team members and cultivate a robust, diverse candidate pool
  • Track and exceed key hiring goals and provide regular communication and feedback to hiring teams and company leadership on progress
  • Ensure that a great candidate experience is delivered throughout the entire process – from their first contact to their first day
  • Be responsible for all candidate-facing branding, messaging and web presence

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in an agency and corporate setting
  • Experience in a startup/high-growth setting preferred

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll work with our engineering team to build great products for our customers. We’re a small team, and our software has a recognizable influence on physical things in the world, so you’ll be able to quickly see the huge impact you’ll have on reshaping the modern waste industry.

Responsibilities & Key Role Objectives

  • Add features to existing applications and build out entirely new features and products
  • Build beautiful, simple, easy to use interfaces
  • Bring frontend experience and expertise to projects
  • Help define and maintain front-end development practices and techniques
  • Work directly with people from across the organization to conceptualize new features

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • 3+ years of professional frontend development experience
  • Experience building large single-page applications
