Senior Recruiter

As our first full-time recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping and growing our organization by identifying and attracting brilliant people to our team. You will be tasked with leading the development, implementation and execution of a comprehensive recruiting strategy that is key to Compology beating its goals. Expect to be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to position our Company, where to find the best people and drive hiring results.

Responsibilities & Key Role Objectives
  • Be responsible for full-cycle recruiting – develop job reqs, source candidates, pre-screen resumes, qualify candidates and move candidates through a well-defined interview process to close
  • Collaborate with company leadership to develop recruiting strategies for current and future needs across all business functions (sales, engineering, operations, etc.)
  • Use creative approaches to find, engage and recruit amazing team members and cultivate a robust, diverse candidate pool
  • Track and exceed key hiring goals and provide regular communication and feedback to hiring teams and company leadership on progress
  • Ensure that a great candidate experience is delivered throughout the entire process – from their first contact to their first day
  • Be responsible for all candidate-facing branding, messaging and web presence
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in an agency and corporate setting
  • Experience in a startup/high-growth setting preferred
  • Experience in building and implementing recruiting processes
  • Comfortable getting out of the office to attend events and meet candidates
