While working in the construction industry, managing the waste generated at massive Manhattan construction projects, Jason experienced firsthand the frustrations presented by the lack of reliable waste management data and technology. The result? A realization of the opportunity to use technology to reinvent both the economics and the environmental footprint of the waste and recycling industries. This is where Compology was born.

Another area of passion for Jason: entrepreneurship. In Jason’s words, “Being an entrepreneur takes moxy. Building a business is a marathon that requires grit, the confidence to know you’re going to change the world, and the humility to know you’re not going to change it alone.”
